The circular features are Precambrian peralkaline granitic intrusions of the Aïr Mountains of Niger.  The intrusion centre-left is bisected by a spectacular circular fracture.  The intrusions appear to have a concentric compositional zoning possibly caused by a ballooning emplacement mechanism.
