Mexico is an area that I have hardly explored for this site. That turns out to be quite an oversight. Check out this fold belt from Nuevo Leon in the Sierra Madre Oriental just NW of Monterrey. Yikes. Thinking we should dedicate a month to the pathological geomorphology of Mexico. North is toward lower right, btw.
