Transitions in the Heart of Darkness...the (truly) Mighty Congo

An amazing series of fluvial transitions along the Congo. One of the world's most serious rivers. So many possibilities for this month's theme. The transition into the bowl is striking...not sure what to call it. The transition from intricately braided to straight is notable, as are the transitions related to tributary confluences.
